BOARD OF DIRECTORS APPLICATION PROCESS
Now Accepting Board Nominations
In alignment with the by-laws of both the Glenwood Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce and the Glenwood Lakes Area Welcome Center, the shared Board of Directors is currently accepting nominations for the upcoming board term. Though the Chamber and Welcome Center are separate organizations with distinct missions—the Chamber supports and advocates for local businesses, while the Welcome Center focuses on tourism and visitor engagement—they are jointly governed by one unified board of committed community leaders.
We invite you to nominate individuals who demonstrate a strong dedication to the Glenwood area and who are eager to contribute meaningfully to the continued success of both organizations.
Eligibility: Nominees must be current members of the Glenwood Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce in good standing. If you’re not yet a member but are interested in board service, we encourage you to contact us to learn more about joining.

- September: Board review of Applications
- October: Board Approval
- November: New Board Member Orientation
- January: Officially Take Office
