The Free Community Dinner WILL TAKE PLACE at the Glenwood Senior Center from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. tonight, however, due to extreme cold temperatures and a wind chill a Wind Chill Advisory going into effect tonight with wind chills of -20 to -30, the Lighted Holiday Parade will be POSTPONED until next week Thursday, December 12 (at 5:30 – note the time change), but will also hold it 30 minutes earlier due to an Elementary School Christmas Concert.
In addition, with the wind chills and road conditions, Corey’s Belgians have POSTPONED the Trolley Rides until Thursday, December 19 (3:30 – 6:30 p.m.), to be held in conjunction with the Living Nativity which will run from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m.. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause!
We hope to see everyone at the Magical Christmas in Glenwood Free Community Supper tonight! On a positive note, this does open up parade entry spots once again, so if you have a parade entry that you’d like to have included next week, please contact us as soon as possible as we know that there were people/businesses that had conflicts with tonight’s parade!
